Case study – Total Environmental Compliance (TEC)
Total Environmental Compliance is a leading UK based consultancy providing water treatment, water hygiene and remedial services.
TEC came to us because they were having issues with connecting their risk assessment forms to simPRO and needed a new solution.
We adapted their existing form templates, and the result was two legionella risk assessment forms – covering domestic and commercial assessments – which are fully integrated with simPRO. We were also able to include additional features in their new eForms, such as the ability to add photo and video evidence to their assessments without leaving the betta mobile app.
Our API development team also demonstrated how they could integrate TEC’s risk assessment forms to any client’s job management system. Off the back of these capabilities, TEC won a new contract with a large client.
